We are looking for a tool and die maker who will be responsible for producing tooling components in accordance to our specification. You will be responsible for overseeing and working with our team. Experience with precision tooling (down to 0.005mm!) is essential.

Skills and expertise: Knowledge of raw materials and tool room machinery. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Collaborated with our engineering team to develop, and build new products. Used to applying lean manufacturing standards to streamline productivity and reduce company expenses.. Troubleshooting to ensure efficiency and identify potential system failures. Has had experience Training and evaluating operator's performance. Experience in manufacturing or working with precision carbide punch and die sets to tolerances of 0.005mm..

Accurately machine to tolerance up to 0.05mm. Experience in Maintaining production equipment. Manufactured parts, made modifications to improve machine capabilities and to speed productivity and reduce down time. Utilized machine shop and plant equipment: lathes, mills, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, presses, forklift, and hand tools. Conducted engineering changes on new and existing tooling. Repaired and polished damaged dies and molds Salary is market neg.
