Career Level: Mid-level. We are a newly established facilities management in Dubai and we are looking to hire a facilities manager who can plan, run, control and supervise operations.

The ideal person will have the following attributes: Relevant experience in facilities management in Dubai (min 7 years). Worked his way from site to supervisor possibly to a manager (or wants to be a manager). Organized and have project management skills. Technical knowledge in all facilities issues (cleaning, HVAC, security etc). Able to control and manage labour. Able to meet high standards of service delivery. Able to assess site and propose a facilities management plan. Have technical or engineering degree or diploma. Customer oriented. Have a contractual understanding. Able to control budgets and targets develops operational strategies, policies and procedures in line with the operational requirements. Work closely with the sales manager(s). Have sales approach and can win more work where possible. Have commercial and tendering experience (preferred). Holds a clean UAE driving license.
