Description: Our client is an internationally renowned fertility clinic in Dubai. They are urgently looking for a female receptionist/customer service to support their patient care team.

You will handle the queries through personal interaction and telephone calls, open customer accounts by recording account information. You will resolve client complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits. You will follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Must be a graduate of Nursing and worked as a Nurse. With wide knowledge of medical terminologies. Fluent in Arabic and English
