We are in Bellville, and we are looking for two more employees: a qualified mechanic and a semi-skilled mechanic. Both mechanics need to be hard team-workers who are knowledgeable of older to more modern cars (up to 2015 models), effective at both repairs and services and preferably South African.

Essential for both mechanics: Good sober habits – never late or absent on, Monday’s and never absent with poor excuses. Good timekeeping – never late for work (within reason). Clean and presentable – neatly dressed in overalls at all times with good personal hygiene and easily approachable. Good team-worker – We are a FAMILY of people who Work hard together to expertly repair and service client vehicles. Knowledgeable and experienced – We repair all vehicles produced up to roughly 2015 since newer vehicles are still covered under manufacturer warranties. Honest and trustworthy – thieving and dishonest employees will be immediately dismissed or suspended. A valid South African driver – Essential for the Qualified Mechanic since they will be required to test drive vehicles. A valid south African driver’s license is needed for workshop insurance purposes. The successful qualified mechanic must be competent in auto-electronics and must be able to diagnostics and fault finding.

The successful semi-skilled mechanic must be well experienced in general repairs including suspension work, engine overhauls, clutch overhauls, interval servicing, etc. Must be able to read and write in English and should be able to communicate with administrative staff of any unforeseen repair challenges. A valid South African driver’s licence will be advantageous.
