Legal person wanted to assist with compiling a Criminal Appeal for the High Court, Location, Chatsworth, Durban City, Advertised By Private, Job Type Casual am looking for a person that can compile a criminal appeal for me. it is a once off job. You must have 100 % knowledge about how to do a criminal appeal .The appeal will be heard in PMB High Court ( PLEASE NOTE that the appeal documents must not have any mistakes and you must know about cross reference, indexing etc).This job will suit a retired person or a person that is currently unemployed but has 100% knowledge how to put all the documents in order including the records from High Court. You must have worked in the legal field and you must have done criminal appeals and You must know how to bind the documents. The accused has an excellent chance of winning the criminal appeal so there cannot be any room for mistakes whatsoever. If you do not know how to do the appeal, please do not reply this advert.
