Responsibilities: Management of the kitchen. Preparation and cooking of meals. Daily preparations for upcoming markets and functions. Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards. Assist with ordering and buying stock. Stock control. Assist in menu planning.

Requirements: Culinary school graduate. Experience working in an Italian restaurant or good knowledge of Italian cuisine.. Must be able to make pizza and fresh pasta. Basic knowledge of basic menu costing and writing. Stock control experience. Innovative with menu design. Be able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends. (Shifts will differ). Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Must be able to work on your own. Non smoker. Own transport needed. Job type: Full time. 6 days a week. 8 hours a day. Salary: R7 000/ month
