Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages). Arrange travel and accommodations. Ensure smooth and professional office operations
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/etc. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
