The prospective candidate must be fully Proficient in Pastel Accounting System, Well spoken Efficient in all the aspects of general administration and filing.
Duties & Responsibilities: Making & receiving Calls on behalf of the company. Generate and manage purchase order and invoices. Communicating with customer and suppliers. Manage reception duties. Liasing with clients and suppliers. Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer information.
Requirements: Proficient in pastel computer system. SA Citizen. No Criminal records, Proof of admin experience, Reliable transport to Montague Gardens
