Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Balance daily transactions, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented
