Office Manager, Enterpack Paper and Plastics Ltd. Location: Kelowna, BC. Salary: 32.00 to 37.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 32 hours per week. Full-time. Day, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours, to be determined, Early Morning, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages: English. Education Bachelor's degree. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Asset languages. Persian. Work setting. Accommodation and food services.

Responsibilities: Implement new administrative procedures. Review and evaluate new administrative procedures. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation. Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures. Monitor and evaluate. Administrative and office activities. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services. Maintain inventory of supplies. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures. Arrange sales demonstration appointments. Maintain work areas. Oversee the preparation of sales or contracts.
