Recruitment administrator Table view basic salary r7 000 (negotiable to experience) + incentives

We are seeking a positive, hardworking and efficient candidate to join our growing team. We are looking for someone that can work well on their own accord, but still contribute well, working in a team environment. Attention to detail & working accurately, meeting deadlines, daily planning and being well organised are the main strengths we are looking for. This position requires someone who loves typing, loves admin, pedantic about detail and working in a fast paced environment.

Duties Include: Typing of CV’s (high volumes of CV’s daily). Data Capturing on in-house systems. Completing of Employment References, calling, verifying and typing up. Office Administration –general admin assistance. Updating & maintaining of candidate / client records. Accounts Administration – processing of invoices & basic debtors. Spreadsheet management. Typing up job specs. Daily placing of job advertisements and managing advertising portals. Filing & Emailing. Candidate & Client service.  Reception relief (when needed). Activity reporting

Our Requirements: You must have a happy, positive and self-motivated personality. Be eager to learn and grow within Previous Typing, Administration, Data Capturing experience is essential  Excellent English and Grammar skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Work with a can-do attitude at all times, and be deadline driven. Must be fully computer literate – Strong Excel skills. Must live within close proximity to Table View area. Ideally have own reliable transport. Be able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when required
