Recruitment Consultant - Labour Hire, Hunter Labour Hire are a busy labour hire and recruitment company based in Bond Junction. We have been operating since 2015 supplying labourers and tradespeople to the Sydney construction industry.
We have an exciting opportunity for a new consultant to join our fun and friendly team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic. You will have access to a large database of existing candidates and potential clients that you will be able to leverage to grow your own desk. This role will require a 360-recruitment consultant to manage labour hire workers throughout the Sydney area.
Your requirements: Degree or trade qualification preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or sales environment. Ideally you will have already worked in the construction or engineering industries. Previously worked in a target driven, KPI focused environment. Excellent communication skills. Full drivers licence
Duties will include: Business development calls to potential clients. Booking and attending client appointments and site meetings. Writing and posting job adverts. Interviewing and reference checking candidates. Updating and maintaining our CRM system.
