A well – established company seeks an individual who is passionate about Sales, target driven and self motivated to manage a sales team who will deliver on sales targets consistently. The purpose of the role is to achieve targets through the building and developing of sales agents and ensuring excellent Customer service sales. It is essential for the incumbent to have in-depth knowledge of Team management and sales reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all agents adhere to company policies and a strong management background is essential. The Candidate will report directly to the sales director.

Requirement: Must have grade 12, Must have 1-2 year out bound telesales team leader experience, Must be computer literate, Must be competent as a team leader honest and reliable, Proficient in English-essential writing, reading, speaking, Working hours Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00, Offering a basic salary of R7500
