As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Ability to multi task. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and outlook. Minimum Requirements. 2 years' experience in a similar role. 2 years' experience in coaching and people development. In-depth understanding of performance management. Competencies Enthusiastic, energetic and self-aware. Lead by example, punctuality, discipline, energy, positive attitude and curiosity.

Ability to manage difficult situation and development conversations with tact. Professional, mature and calm under pressure Able to use discretion and deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner. Salary Basic R7000 plus uncapped commission model.
