Test Team Lead - Dublin City Centre

New role just in for a Test Team Lead. My Client have a new position available for a Test Team Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and planning the entire test phases.

The following are the key requirements for the successful Test Team Lead:

IT degree educated,

Test Qualification,

Previous experience working as a Test Lead,

Experience of writing test requirements & scripst, executing test scripts and test planning using methodologies,

Experience of working in a team environment & a structured test environment,

Previous experience of producing accurate work within tight timescales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Production of test plans and strategies in line with software requirements and design specifications,

Accurate recording of test activities including tracking of defects,

Analyis of results arising from test execution,

Set clear goals & objectives for the team,

Regularly review individuals performance,

Coaching other team members in test processes and business procedures.
