Customer Service Supervisor - retail (Contact Center Supervisor)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some university
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Setting: Telephone soliciting establishment
Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Walking
