JUNIOR technical buyer, Location, Amanzimtoti, South Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time

We currently have an open position in our Purchasing Department for a dynamic junior technical project buyer who has a minimum of one years’ experience, preferably in the automotive industry environment. The position will carry the responsibility for complying with the purchasing strategy, project co-ordination, obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers, updating the database and placement of orders. Applicant will also be responsible for managing general maintenance suppliers. Applicants must have experience in an Engineering environment and have the ability to read technical mechanical drawings. Competitive Remuneration Package, Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Reside in Durban area, with own transport. Only applicants who are Junior in nature, meet the minimum requirements and who reside in the Durban area will be contacted.
