Key performance areas include but not limited to: Business intelligence and trend analysis, compliance and risk management, process development and ownership, implement risk mechanisms, implement SHERQ structure and frameworks.

Skills and Knowledge system skills: electronic document management system, SHERQ system, production performance management information system, design and drafting package.
