Quantity Surveyor, Location: Wynberg, Sandton, Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary (CTC): R 40, 000 00 – R 55, 000 00 per month (to be confirmed also depending on experience and qualifications)

Please note: Our client (Building Construction Company) in Wynberg is urgently looking for a strong and seasoned Site Agent to start immediately. Must have B.Sc./B.Tech in Quantity Surveying

Must have 8 years’ experience in Retail and Commercial building

Must have experience in project management or have various certificates in project management

Proficient in Microsoft Office, WinQS and CCS

A: Responsibilities: Managing the finances for any kind of construction project, whether it’s a house, a high-rise, a bridge, or a tunnel Working to keep the project on time Working to keep the project within the budget Making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible Resolving disputes between contracting parties.
