Organisational Effectiveness Business Partner

My client - a large financial services organisation are seeking 3 Organisational Effectiveness Business Partners to join their HR Team on a permanent basis.

These positions are to work collaboratively with the heads of HR to assist with reducing their cost base, increasing revenue, streamlining their products and leveraging technology.

Their longer term vision is to re-invent the organisation as a streamlined, technology-led company that delivers consistently great service to customers and to make them a place where the best people want to come and develop their careers.

The Role and Responsibility

    * Lead OE strategic planning & annual demand ensuring outputs are aligned to the business
    * Diagnose challenges and scope and deliver relevant OE solutions
    * Lead and input into the design of OE solutions and manage the effectiveness of such
    * Work on Centre of Excellence programmes and initiatives
    * Assume end to end responsibility for learning offerings, from determining needs and priorities through to implementation, collaborating with third party vendors and Heads of HR
    * Use analytics to forecast changes in the workforce and identify development interventions to close capability gaps

Requirements and Competencies

    * 10 Years Proven Experience in a large organisation
    * Proven ability in multitasking on large scale and competing priorities while working to tight deadlines
    * 3rd Level HR or Masters degree
    * Strong business and commercial acumen
    * Talent Management - Identifying and developing internal talent, optimising workforce effectiveness through career and performance management and succession planning
    * Learning and Development - Analysing and prioritising learning needs, reviewing and maintaining learning curriculum and managing and delivering learning events and evaluating their successes
    * Strong Project and Change Management experience
