Role Overview:
• Working on a broad range of client assignments across one of our core sectors - Industry & Commerce, Financial Services or Public Practice
• Engaging with clients to establish exact job requirements, preparing and delivery of client presentations
• Co-ordinating and managing specialist client assignments.
• On-going client management and business development.
• Working closely with the management team in developing and maintaining key business relationships with both established and new clients.
• Conducting face to face and telephone interviews with candidates to assess key skills and aptitudes.
• Briefing candidates on suitable roles that present.
• Conducting reference checks and administering any other selection criteria on behalf of clients.
• Preparing job specifications, job adverts, and working with recruitment co-ordinator on articles and news feeds for inclusion on company website, publications, job boards and social media links.
Applicant Attributes:
• Strong academic record with a minimum honours undergraduate degree and/or Professional qualification.
• 2 years + proven track record in recruitment or within an in-house HR/recruitment role
• Dynamic & results oriented, with a high level of self-initiative and drive
• Exceptional client relationship skills with a genuine desire to provide a quality service
• First rate communication and presentation skills
• Commercially focused with a good business acumen
• Prior Social Media experience preferred
