The Opportunity:
Brightside Dental Care’s growth has generated an opportunity for the addition of a full-time Dentist seeking to become a Partner in the Corporation while serving as Principal Dentist for the Brandon and Shilo locations.  Our client is seeking a full-time, outgoing, entrepreneurial and experienced Dentist to join the Brandon team and help move the organization forward while continuing to foster the welcoming and caring atmosphere for which the practice is known.
Focused on education and preventative care, the incumbent will be responsible for making sure all patients of every age and history have their oral care needs addressed in a positive manner that encourages confidence and a smile.  Working collaboratively with dental hygienists and dental assistants, the Dentist will be responsible for fostering a patient-focused team environment that strives for excellence while growing the client base.
Selection Criteria include:
    Graduate of a recognized Faculty of Dentistry with eligibility  to be licensed to practice in Manitoba;
    Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a practicing dentist;
    Strong entrepreneurial mentality, business acumen and the commitment to growing a practice;
    Client focused and family oriented with the ability to foster an open, caring and friendly atmosphere;
    Demonstrated multi-tasking skills within a fast paced environment; and
    Experience with oral surgery or implants are considered an asset.
