You will provide on-going application support and be involved in Recruitments. You will manage, track and report progress and performance of HR and support; manage applicant selection process. You will requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems. You will conduct interviews, prepare and enter applicant data in SAP ECC 6 system. You will deliver functional specifications, perform application configuration, documentation and end user training.

Requirements: Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of post qualification experience in a similar role. Experience or working knowledge in SAP HCM module – implementation and end-user is required. Successful track record in a similar role. Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, and communicate / present complex requirements clearly and concisely. Proficient in MS Office; Excel – V look up, Pivot tables, formulas, formatting, Microsoft Project experience a plus. Our client offers a very attractive salary.
