General Accountant, Dubai - UAE

Job Functional Area Accounts/Audit/Finance/Tax, Required Gender Male/Female

Minimum Experience2 Years, Required General Accountant.

Developing the entire MIS like Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, Cash flow statements, job wise profitability statement & projected IS & BS

Verifying books of accounts, preparing bank & debtor statement & LC documents handling and follow up with RM

Managing preparation of books of accounts, bank reconciliation & reconciliation of party statement and ensuring smooth closing of books of accounts

Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements; administered the monthly closing process

Reviewing Balance Sheet reconciliations prepared by the team for closure (including open, unusual and aged items)

Assisting with cash reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, and financial analysis & reporting

Maintaining and reconciling accounts as well as prepared reports; creating, documenting and recording various intercompany transactions and cost allocations

Adhering to accounting controls by following policies and procedures in compliance with legal/regulatory requirements

Planning in advance for cash budget requirement of the organization and try to meeting up all company expenses within budget limit if any surpasses than bring the same to the notice of the management

Maintaining separate job wise cost details and ensuring to proper allocation of all expenses with respect to job wise and further adhere with BOQ
