The person we are looking for: We need a naturally enthusiastic, effervescent and energetic person, who is looking for a role that places them at the forefront of modern and innovative commercial property brokering. Essential Skills & Experience: Time-management and self-management skills, Be a self-starter with a hunger to excel and the ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment, Patience but ability to persevere through extended and complex sales cycles, Advanced customer service, relationship building and negotiation skills, Be a creative dealmaker, Be a natural and engaging communicator and networker, Be able to work independently with little supervision, An ability to remain committed and focused despite setbacks and objections, An above and beyond attitude

Key responsibilities include: Responsible for sale and lease of commercial properties i.e. offices, warehouses, commercial land, new developments. Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena, Adding listings to various marketing channels such as websites and classifieds, Taking out potential buyers/tenants to appropriate properties, Networking with landlords and other professionals, Responsible for drawing up sales/lease agreements and ensuring that all relevant legal docs are in place.
