Newcastle and Middlesbrough - Lead Nurse (Lead Midwife) - 30 hrs, bpas - Stratford-upon-Avon, Stratford-on-Avon District

£31,190 to £35,846 per annum pro rata, £15.99 to £18.38 per hour

Tuesday, 09.00 to 17.00, Wednesday, 09.00 to 17.00, Thursday, 09.00 to 17.00, Friday, 09.00 to 17.00, to include 30 minutes unpaid break each day

Working as part of the team at our cluster of units located in Newcastle and Middlesbrough the successful candidate will provide abortion and Sexual Health information, pre-treatment assessment and treatment to clients in a supportive manner. You will line manage other nurses involved in the provision of the service at the unit, and to act as ‘person in charge’ in the absence of the Unit Manager.

You will be a Registered Nurse or Midwife (practising), experience in gynaecology/sexual health and ultrasound scanning would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will join us with excellent communication and admin skills with proven experience in a similar role.

More importantly you will be non-judgmental, a team player and be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
