Opportunities exist for talented and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated aging Care team in Maddock Gardens. We are looking for capable Enrolled Nurses who have a passion for providing person-centered nursing care to our elderly residents. In this role, you will provide exceptional care of our frail and elderly residents. You will advocate for the best interests of the residents and take a proactive role in leading and shaping the care given by our Health Care Workers. Successful applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts across 7 days a week.

The ideal applicants will demonstrate: Current AHPRA registration as a medication-endorsed Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. Good clinical assessment and care planning skills. Passion and commitment to providing a premium standard of care to the elderly. An understanding of accreditation standards, the Aged Care Act and Resident Classification system, ACFI, continuous improvement, OHS and risk management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work cooperatively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. See the position description for the full key selection criteria.
