Property Administration – Commercial Portfolio Manager. Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, Salaried position – not commission based.

Private Property Group based in central Cape Town, owning a large Commercial and Industrial property portfolio, requires an experienced in house Commercial Portfolio Manager.

Duties include: Lease renewals. New leasing through our own marketing, as well as through liaison with external commercial brokers. General tenant liaison and property administration.

Requirements: Minimum three years experience in Commercial / Industrial Property Leasing. A strong ability in marketing and communication is crucial. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite. Degree or Diploma an advantage. Driver's License and own transport essential. Flexible Start Date.
