Our client is undertaking a large reform program and in response to this an experienced and immediately available Change Analyst is required to properly determine the impacts these technology and process changes will have on the organisation.
Working as a part of a large program team you will be responsible for: working with the broader team to understand the scope of delivery of changes into the broader organisation by the project, identifying stakeholders and developing an impacted stakeholder matrix, conducting workshops and interviews to fully explore and document the extent of the impact into technology, process, training, change and communications and developing a report detailing the approach, methodology, options and recommended plan of action.
This is a fast paced and challenging project with tight timeframes. On offer is an opportunity to work on a large scale program with a competitive rate.
To ensure your success you will have over 8 years experience in a similar role undertaking consequential impact assessments with a background in working in government. You will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to identify and interview stakeholders to gather meaningful information coupled with exceptional written skills. Lastly you will possess outstanding analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand business solutions.
