Key Responsibilities: Consulting on projects across the full spectrum of reward. This includes: Drafting of job profiles. Conduct job evaluations. Development of reward strategy. Conduct salary benchmarks and assist with positioning of employees. Draft remuneration structures. Draft STI and LTI plans.
Skills, Knowledge and attributes: Highly analytical with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Customer and deadline driven. Ability to work in a team focused environment. Ability to thrive in a pressured environment. Strong project management skills. Ability to work in a team and to manage a team as well as to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and experience: 5-7 years demonstrated specialist and consulting experience in reward management. Solid knowledge of the principles and theories applied in Reward management. Fully computer literate and proficient in all MS Office packages with advanced knowledge of Excel. Relevant tertiary education or related experience in reward management.
