Job Details: Salary – Industry standard. RDK International LLC, a leading provider of lighting solutions is looking to hire an experienced Admin Assistant
Responsibilities: As Admin Assistant - In- charge of the Office main reception. Answer all incoming calls on the office line and direct them accordingly. Receiving / sending all couriers and documents and entering in the log book. Ensuring that all office/kitchen supplies are fully stocked & ordering the same. Welcoming all walk in clients / visitors to the office and direct them appropriately. Ensure that the logbooks are duly filled in. General office up keep, maintenance and administration. Admin / HR related filing and documentation. Travel booking; Assist all departments in filing, letter writing and general assistance. General filing for projects and engineering as and when required. Only candidate meeting the above requirements need to apply.
Requirements: Candidate must have 1 - 5 years or more of experience in the same field. You must possess exceptional written & communication skills and be able to communicate on all levels. Candidate must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS excel, MS Word, MS PPt etc.
