About the job We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude. Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely shipment. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records. Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.

Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Prior customer service experience preferred.
