Global E Commerce Company who service online gaming clients in Europe, UK, Canada and Australia need to hire a CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT who is able to work in a shift environment 24/7/365. Working within a small team you will be dealing with customers via the telephone, email and web chat. We are looking for young, confident, professional individuals with a neutral English accent and a good level of assertiveness when dealing with customers. You must be calm under pressure with fabulous time management skills. Clear credit and criminal record
Essential: Own transport as it is a 24/7/365 environment. CTC package R10 000. Minimum 2 years CS experience required.
