Requirements: Experience with outbound and cold calls. Experience in telesales within real estate/insurance/investments/bankin/financial services. Positive, enthusiastic and energetic. Clear criminal and credit record.

Duties: Source property listings over the phone through various leads supplied by the company. Canvassing to new sellers/phoning property owners. Negotiate property prices with sellers over the phone and list their properties. Valuating properties using online valuation software. Arranging property inspections/valuations for Estate Agents. Acquiring signed mandates from potential sellers.
