Requirements: Previous recruitment experience is essential, A thorough understanding of the Healthcare industry is essential, Excellent PC literacy, Excellent typing skills, Excellent time management skills and ability, Excellent sense of prioritising workflow, Consistency in terms of work quality and outputs, Emotional resilience, Strong personality and a sense of wanting to succeed, A good understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines within our Industry, A strong sense of confidentiality Outstanding interpersonal skills, Outstanding telephone manner, Tenacious by personality, A hunger to want to succeed and help grow the company and your own career.

Salary: To be discussed – there will be a basic + incentive commission structure.
