CITI Recruitment has partnered with global software and consulting company who specialise within integration products.
They are seeking a Senior Solution Architect / Engagement Manager to work alongside a growing account team and client business team to gather requirements and define key specifications for multiple software implementations. The Solution Architect / Engagement Manager will ensure customer projects are delivered to the client's standards. 
The selected Solution Architect / Engagement Manager will be accountable for positioning, developing and closing Services and training agreements with new and existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• 5+ years experience in a selling environment.
• Proven ability in working complex sales cycles.
• Develops Statements of Work, Proof-of-concept proposals, project plans, and task deliverables.
• Identifies sales opportunities in assigned accounts and participate in the complete sales process.
• Manages business and technical issues as they arise.
• Drives project assignments and cross functional project resource alignment by ensuring all projects are appropriately staffed and resources are fully booked.
• Set weekly status agenda, meetings, and create weekly status reports for distribution to senior managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Successful Candidates must:
• Experience and working knowledge with SOA, ESB and other integration technologies.
• Experience responding to functional & technical elements of Request for Information and Request for proposal.
• Understanding of high-performance database management software, enterprise hosted/SaaS, and or CRM.
• Have a deep understanding of enterprise technologies.
• Global travel will be required depending on customer expectations.
