Residential Building Manager - Expressions of Interest

Bridgewater Quays (BWQ) is a residential complex of 45 units on the river at Kangaroo Point. The BWQ Body Corporate is one of five Body Corporate buildings in the overall Bridgewater complex.  The BWQ building itself has recently undergone extensive maintenance and re painting this year and is in extremely good condition.  BWQ also has a very committed and active committee.

BWQ is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Building Manager for the 45 Bridgewater Quays units. The Building Manager contract is for 12 months with potential for extension.   There are no letting rights in the Contract.
