Salary: AED5,000 to AED6,000 a month

Job Type: Full-time

Permanent: Manage overall Restaurant Operations. Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability. Coordinate with all department heads to ensure smooth running of the operation in dining, take away and delivery services. Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes. Familiar with Japanese Foods, and Culture. Develop Manpower Supervisor, Server, Helper, Cleaners, Kitchen Staffs, Time Management – to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities and be able to multitask. Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales. Teamwork – to support and share responsibilities of the team in terms of implementing strategic management initiatives.

Respond to government agencies inspections and lead the government personal during these visits. Manage & Drive internal branch evaluation and incentive programs. Planning and coordinating menus. Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
