My client is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman with experience in "up market residential" and "large scale development" construction.

Requirements: Must be able to oversee construction from "setting out of site" to "handing over" Must be able to communicate effectively with Project Manager, Architect, Client etc, Grade 12 / Matric, Relevant tertiary qualification a plus, Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Foreman, Must have experience with large scale developments, Own transport, Contactable references

Duties: Setting out of site, Measuring, Ordering relevant materials, Fort nightly program reports, Overseeing all construction, Managing sub contractors, Overall site management, Salary: R15 - 25K Negotiable and dependent on experience, To Start: ASAP (use FULL job title as a reference)
