RANDALL HOMES Junior Construction Coordinator for a new home builder Randall Homes is looking for an exceptional individual, who is a self starter, willing to learn, has a positive attitude and works well in a team environment. As a Junior Construction Coordinator, your duties, responsibilities and necessary qualifications would be as follows: Reporting directly to the Production Manager. You will supervise the activity on the construction sites on a daily basis. You will deal directly with the suppliers and sub trades on scheduling your projects. You will be responsible for inspecting houses during all phases of construction and monitoring quality standards and filling out reports. You must have the sense of urgency and an ability to delegate and make judgement calls. Strong ability to multi task; be proactive; and understand attention to detail. As a junior Construction Coordinator, it is your responsibility to ensure that all of our homes are built with the highest quality standards set forth by Randall Homes. Must have a least 2-3 years of new homebuilding construction experience on the construction side.
