HR Specialist - Sub Sahara - English and Afrikaans

Our Client is currently seeking a HR Specialist who has experience in Sub Sahara Africa Experience.  They will have advanced Taxation and Pension Fund Experience and will also Basic Conditions and Employment Act and Labor Relations and Bargaining Council Experience.  They must be fluent in speaking English and Afrikaans

Minimum Requirements: 3 - 5 Years HR Experience, Advanced SAP, Advanced Word, Excel, MS Power point, Thorough Basic Conditions and Employment Act, Through Labor Relations Act, Employment Equity Experience, Skills Development and Training needs, Health and Safety, Bargaining Council

Skills: Advanced Taxation and Pension Fund, Advanced Interpersonal Skills, Advanced Presentation and Communication, High Level Accuracy of Reporting and Analysis, Presentations Skills, Experience in Sub Sahara Experience, Bargaining Council, Mediation and Arbitration

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all HR administration and support, Handle Induction, HR Statistics, Responsible for Recruitment Process up to Supervisory and Management Level, Training and Development Tracking, Compiling of Annual Training Reports, Co-ordinate and compile broad based economic empowerment reports and audits, Assist with performance management reviews, Assist with budgeting, Co-ordinate social economic projects according to local legislation, Presentation at for conciliation mediation and arbitration, Representation of Chemical Industry Bargaining Council ,Assist HRM with Trade Unions, Compilation of contracts according to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labor Relations, Monitoring and Reporting of employee engagement, terminations, staff movement.
