Team Leaders - Required Durban, Location, City Centre, Durban City, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time

We are looking for well organized, hardworking individuals to fill the role of Team Leaders in the Durban, Kwamashu, Umlazi and Pinetown Areas.

Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leader is primarily responsible for a team of promoters who sell Starter Packs (SIM Cards) combined with a promotional item (Bread, Buckets, etc.) he must make sure the team reach and exceed daily targets. He must oversee the RICA process and make sure the promoters adhere to the RICA rules and regulations.

Team Leader must also be responsible for the company’s vehicle, money and stock.

TL 5 Critical Areas of Responsibility: Vehicle, Stock, Money, Sales, and Promoters, Daily Responsibility Flow

Report to Depot every morning and carry out the following duties: Vehicle inspection – complete check sheet. Load stock (bread, Starter packs, and promotional items). Count stock – complete stock form. Report “open starter packs” and reason. Report “damaged stock” and reason. Meet Promoters at agreed location. Allocate stock to Promoters – document stock and attendance. Promoters sign for stock received. Do Banking – Report Banking done. BBM sales reporting: times - 10H00, 12H00, 15H00 and 18H00 to PS. Manage daily activities (stock and money control during course of the day). Daily cash up and secure cash in drop in safe. Do day-end-stock take and correspond to sales made. Complete daily forms (attendance /stock/ cash /rica forms). Return to depot with unsold stock – stock take. Hand in cash and make sure documentation is filled in and signed. Uphold all company police's and procedures. Inform (sms) Mobilize of staff’s non-attendance.

Requirements: Matric, Must have 3 years driving experience as a driver, Clear Criminal record, Must have SA ID and Bank Account, Sales experience or exposure, Training, Coaching if possible, Supervisory experience, Solid administration skills
