Requirements: Able to speak German fluently, Minimum 6 months experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor (essential), 12 months experience in a call centre (essential), Valid working visa / Permanent residency, Matric (Essential), Clear criminal record, ITC Clear, Numeracy skills (Essential), MS Word – Intermediate, MS Excel – Intermediate
