Job Requirements: Matric, Relevant tertiary education, 5 years’ experience in the timber/aluminum manufacturing industry. Well-presented and spoken

Required Skills: 5 years’ experience in the timber/aluminum manufacturing industry. Management of workforce of approx. +-50 staff-(motivation, recruitment, discipline). Management of raw materials, WIP and finished goods. Production job planning / scheduling with optimizing efficiencies and reducing lead times. Quality control of finished goods, Meeting targets and ensure that the finished products are of acceptable quality standards, Oversee receiving of raw materials to be of acceptable standards and correct as per order. Liaise with logistics and internal operations
