ISP Transmission Manager – Centurion, Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane. An established ISP of 15 years with its head office in Centurion is looking for a Transmission Network Manager.

The company is a highly respected player with a national microwave network and some top professionals in it's employ. Due the a massive expansion program the company is looking for an individual for Tier 0,1 and 2 level support and OEM engagement.

All candidates must have: Hands on 5-10 Years ISP specific WAN environment experience. In depth knowledge of outdoor Wifi equipment, configurations and setup of Wifi WAN. In depth understanding of Licensed Band Microwave. Strong understanding around RF planning and tools. Strong understanding of AC and DC voltages as well as Solar based systems. Strong knowledge of FTTx. Daily/Weekly/Monthly network uptime reports and accountability.

Corporate WAN network designs. Strong Networking capabilities (CCNA Minimum). Work with Radius, monitoring systems and Ticketing systems. Corporate CRM. Softer Skills. Must have Technically managed an ISP WAN with minimum 10 high site teams. Self-starter with an ability to delegate. Be accountable and responsible. Customer focused. Team player and all round good motivator and communicator.

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience +company car + comm + expenses
