Our client is a NATIONAL and well established Property Development company. They offer excellent company benefits and excellent career opportunities. They are extremely busy, as the company is growing tremendously. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED candidate with a completed TERTIARY Qualification. A strong Construction background is needed.

Job Requirements: Ideally aged 30-40, Managing all aspects of the site, Housekeeping/safety/contractors and foremen, Liaise with clients/professionals/council officials, Monitoring budget program and quality control, Based on site, Report to Contracts Manager, Must be a strong finishing person, Previous Site Management within Construction is essential, Matric is essential, A completed relevant Diploma and/or Degree is essential, Must have a clear itc & criminal record - essential
