Claims Leader Personal Lines

Corporate Insurer seeks a matriculated candidate with the RE1 completed to manage activities of the claims call centre / department. An emphasis on motor claims and some homeowners insurance. Previous people management skills essential, 5  years minimum personal lines claims experience. This is a call centre environment and duties would include: operational and technical assistance, financial reporting, call centre management, reviewing claims, training and development of staff, liaising with clients and service providers and maintaining service excellence. Position is based on the East Rand.
