Maintenance Supervisor (Food Plant)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Overtime, Day
Salary: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Group Insurance Benefits, RRSP Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university
Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: $8,000,001 +
Work Setting: Manufacturing facility
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Project management software, Inventory control software, Business management software, Monitoring and tracking software, Internet browser
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan, organize and direct administrative services (signage, building and grounds maintenance, parking, etc.), Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Establish safety and security procedures, Enforce facility policies, Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews
Ability to Supervise: 15 people or less
