Senior Quantity Surveyor – MAKKAH International Quantity Surveying Firm is looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who is a Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering /Quantity Surveying to act as a team / project leader on a mega building/infrastructure project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Candidates must be qualified MRICS or equivalent with at least 15 years experience with reputable QS / Construction Firms. Management & leadership skills with ability to work in multicultural environment; Role to liaise with Client and to oversee the finalization of variation orders and final accounts.

The candidate must be Muslim to allow him to enter and reside in Makkah. The following nationalities are preferable: British (not necessarily a Native British but holding a British Passport), Malaysian, Arab or South African.
