Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $16.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: whitehorse, Yukon Territory (1 vacancy)

Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Type of Tours: Bus tours, Boat tours, Walking tours, Train tours
Number of Tours Guided: 10 +
Tours Focus: Foreign countries, Historical sites, Manufacturing plants/factories, Sightseeing, Theme parks
Geographical Areas of Specialization: Canada, China, Europe, Central, United States
Specific Skills: Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations, Collect administration or entrance fees, Co-ordinate recreation activities, Describe points of interest, Resolve itinerary and other problems, Attend to hotel, airport, train and other check-in and check-out procedures, Develop and deliver commentaries, Utilize microphones or other communication devices, Attend to customers' special needs, Attend to international border crossings, Coordinate activities with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups, Sell souvenirs
Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel cross-border, Willing to travel overnight
